Which delivery companies do you use?

Next day DHL / TNT FEDEX for delivery to the UK only.

Where do you deliver?

At the moment, we only deliver to the UK. However, we support international deliveries by arrangement; please contact us to discuss.

How long does it take to send out my order?

We need 2 to 3 weeks to prepare your order before it is shipped. UK orders are sent by next day delivery.

Will I be able to track my purchase?

Once your product has shipped, the courier will contact you with an estimated delivery time. This will vary depending on your location.

How much is delivery?

Delivery costs depend on the size of your order and will be calculated on check out.

How long does it take to receive a sample?

Your sample should be with you in 24 to 72 hours. They are sent by Royal Mail, 1st class.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

All majour credit cards are accepted. You can also pay with a PayPal account.

Orders and returns

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you don’t need an account.

How do I place an order?

Through our website – it’s easy.

However if you have a large order and would like to liaise with us directly, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. We’ll be happy to help and can take your order.

Can I cancel or modify an order?

Your order is specially printed for you. If you’d like to cancel or change it, please contact our team at help@paperd.co.uk. We can advise what stage your order’s reached and what your options are.

Please note: if an order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

There’s a problem with my order. What can I do?

If you’ve received your order and discovered an issue, please contact our team at returns@paperd.co.uk.

Please note: Please check your delivery carefully before you start installation. Once the product is cut and / or hung, no refund, exchange or compensation can be considered.

Can I return non-faulty products?

We accept returns up to 14 days from receipt. Email us on returns@paperd.co.uk, stating whether you are requesting a product exchange or refund, and providing your order number, date of receipt and why you’re returning your product.

Returns must be unused, in the original wrapping and packaging and in the same condition as received.

The cost of returns will be paid by you and is non-refundable. The original shipping cost will not be refunded.

Please send any returns using a signed-for service, and retain the receipt for proof of postage.

Trade Enquiries

Do you offer incentives for trade?

Yes, we offer trade discounts to architects, interior designers and hospitality customers. To apply for a trade account, please complete this application form with your company details.

Products

Is glue included?

No, glue isn’t included in your order. We recommend you use a good quality non-woven wallpaper adhesive that’s pH neutral, solvent free and with added fungicide.

What size are your samples?

Our samples are A4 format and are printed on the same material as the final product.

Samples show a section of the pattern at actual size. We can’t provide samples that show a different part of the design. We also provide an example showing the Wallpaper or Mural in situ to give a sense of scale.

Can I have a pattern in a different colour palette?

Yes. We’ve matched colour palettes with designs but you can customise the colour of any of our patterns. Just let us know what you have in mind by emailing bespoke@paperd.co.uk.

We will provide digital files of the updated designs for you to approve by email. If you’d like printed samples there will be a charge; these will also take longer to produce.

Can I use the papers on the ceiling?

Our patterns are designed for both walls and ceilings. Just remember, you’ll need to prepare the ceiling in the same way as the wall and make sure it’s clean, dry and smooth.

Can I use the papers in the bathroom?

Yes, you can. However, we’d recommend that you apply a decorators polyvine varnish once the paper is dry in order to seal the edges.

Can I wipe down the walls?

Our products are protected from moisture by a special coating. They can be wiped down but be very careful not to use excess water or a sponge that is too wet. Do not use detergent or solvent.

Installation

How should I prepare my wall?

For best results, your wall or ceiling must be clean, dry and without bumps.

How do I hang the papers?

What type of glue do I need?

Choose a good quality non-woven wallpaper adhesive. For best results, we recommend glues that are pH neutral, solvent-free, with added fungicide. Please do not use self-mix adhesives or heavy duty pastes.
